2.4 Employees. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of phtreasure, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phtreasure Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. phtreasure reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phtreasure is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your phtreasure account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtreasure account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify phtreasure immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phtreasure will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 phtreasure recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While phtreasure employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, no security system is impenetrable, and phtreasure cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account information.
4.4 All transactions carried out through your phtreasure account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility unless you have notified phtreasure of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phtreasure accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. phtreasure does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the phtreasure cashier page. phtreasure reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the phtreasure Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.4 Deposit Responsibility. You confirm that all funds deposited into your phtreasure account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. phtreasure reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits and to suspend accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
5.5 No Credit. phtreasure does not offer credit facilities. You may only play with funds that have been successfully deposited into your phtreasure account.
6.1 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in clause 3.3. phtreasure reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phtreasure supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts.
6.3 Processing Times. phtreasure aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the phtreasure cashier page. phtreasure reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
6.5 Bonus Balances. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.1 phtreasure offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phtreasure reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on a phtreasure account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
7.5 phtreasure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
8.1 All games available on the phtreasure Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All phtreasure casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtreasure Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 The phtreasure name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phtreasure. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of phtreasure.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtreasure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phtreasure's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtreasure account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phtreasure does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtreasure's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 phtreasure is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.
12.2 Age Restriction. phtreasure strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your phtreasure account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 phtreasure will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken due to a breach of these Terms by the player.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtreasure Platform shall first be submitted to phtreasure's customer support team for informal resolution. phtreasure will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
15.4 phtreasure operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
